Natália Sellani is a screenwriter and director from Minas Gerais, based in São Paulo, and a fellow of Projeto Paradiso and Film Independent. She wrote the feature screenplay “The Crossing”, selected for SESC Argumenta and the Novas Histórias Lab, leading to her participation in the Paradiso Incubator 2020. She received an Honorable Mention at the 6th Cabíria Award for the children’s feature treatment “Celeste”, a FRAPA semifinalist co-written with Lúcia Tupiassú. With Daniel Barosa, she was a FRAPA finalist with “The Shell Covered Ox”, also selected for Frapa[LAB], the Film Independent Screenwriting Lab, and the Storylines Lab (Cine Qua Non Lab). She is a writer on the series “LOV3” (Amazon Prime Video), winner of the 6th ABRA Award for Best Fiction Series – Comedy Writing (2022). She co-created the series project “Perpetual Movement” (TFL Next TV Series) and won awards at II ROTA for the short “Dia das Flores”, which she also directs and is in post-production.
Natalia's feature screenplay "The Crossing" was selected for the Novas Histórias Lab, a laboratory for the development of audiovisual projects, and thus joined the Paradiso Incubator.
