Director and screenwriter specializing in stories based on real events and biopics. He created and served as head writer for two seasons of Americana, a historical crime drama for Disney+. For film, he wrote Marcelo Brennand’s political drama Curral, winner of the Best Artistic Contribution Award at the 2020 Huelva Ibero-American Film Festival, and the biopic Asa Branca: The Voice of the Arena, directed by Guga Sander. For television, he created, wrote, and directed the docudrama miniseries “Gigantes do Brasil” and “Mauá - O Primeiro Gigante”. He also directed “Mil Dias - A Saga da Construção de Brasília”, nominated for the 2019 Brazilian Cinema Grand Prix, and Confissões Médicas. He directed the short films Fortunato and Gypsy Funeral. The latter received awards at the Gramado and Rio Film Festivals in 2012 and was selected for more than 40 national and international festivals.

In 2026, Rodrigo was selected to attend the Curso de Desarollo de Proyectos Audiovisuales Iberoamericanos (CDPAI) and became part of the Paradiso Talent Network.
