Amanda Kadobayashi is a film distributor and producer working across production, distribution, and international sales, focused on bringing Brazilian films to audiences in Brazil and abroad. She is currently the International Sales and Distribution Manager at Pinguim Content. From 2019 to 2025, she was part of Vitrine Filmes, where she worked across acquisitions, licensing, and theatrical distribution, contributing to the rollout of over 100 titles. She is also active in professional training, as co-creator of Vitrine Lab, an award-winning program supported by the Göteborg Film Fund. Since 2025, she has been leading the Executive Production program at AIC and has collaborated on initiatives such as SP Audiovisual Hub and Industry Academy São Paulo. She has participated in international programs including Berlinale Talents, Industry Academy Panamá, Locarno U30, and Genre Rules (When East Meets West). She holds a degree in Film from Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF).
In 2022, Amanda was awarded a fellowship to attend the Locarno Pro U30.
