Stephanie Ricci is a Brazilian screenwriter, director, and producer. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Cinema from FAAP (Brazil), studied Filmmaking at EICAR (France), and earned a postgraduate degree in Writing Arts from Universidade Nova de Lisboa (Portugal). In 2024, she was selected by the Ibermedia Program with a scholarship to study at Elías Querejeta Zine Eskola (Spain), where she is currently completing a Master's in Film Curating and developing her first feature film, Night's Mouth. The project was selected for the IndieLisboa Lab, TIFF Director’s Lab, and the Hubert Bals Development Support 2025. Her most recent short film, Quem se move, premiered at the International Film Festival Rotterdam in 2025 and won the Best Fiction award at Go Short, qualifying for the Oscars. Stephanie also teaches young filmmakers through the educational consultancy Daqui Pra Fora (Brazil), and works as a script supervisor and assistant director on projects selected for Cannes, Rotterdam, Tallinn Black Nights, among others.
In 2025, Stephanie was selected with the project 'Boca da Noite' in the Script and Project Development of the Hubert Bals Fund and became part of the Paradiso Talent Network.
