B.A. in Communications from PUC-Rio, with an MBA and a Master’s degree in Creative Media from ECO/UFRJ. He served as Advisor to the Audiovisual Secretariat of Brazil’s Ministry of Culture, to the Presidency of Brazilian Development Bank, and as a Director at Brazilian Film Agency. He has written and directed short films, documentaries, and television programs. He worked at Grupo Bandeirantes as Director of Projects, in both Pay TV (Arte 1) and Broadcast TV (BAND). He is currently working with Hungry Man as an executive producer, developing audiovisual projects for film, television, and streaming. He is currently preparing the feature film “Now or Never!”, which he is directing and co-writing, produced by Plural Filmes and Cinema Inflamável. In 2025, Diamante was awarded the Paradiso Fellowship to develop the fiction series project “Reinvention” at the 23rd edition of the Ibero-American Audiovisual Project Development Course, the Spanish residency of the Ibermedia Program, and became part of the Talent Network.
