Victoria Negreiros is a Brazilian filmmaker based in São Paulo, with a Film degree from USP and studies at Université Paris 8. Her work focuses on creating new LGBT+ and racialized imaginaries through audiovisual genres. As a screenwriter, she has collaborated on series for Netflix, Star+, HBO, and Paramount. As a director, her debut short, "Como Respirar Fora d’Água", screened at over 80 festivals, including Clermont-Ferrand, Brasília, and Tiradentes. She attended the Locarno Spring Academy 2024, mentored by Alice Diop, where her second short, "La candidate idéale", premiered. She is currently in post-production on her next short, "Giovanna’s Room", and developing its feature version.

Victoria was awarded a fellowship to participate in the Locarno Spring Academy 2024 and became part of the Talent Network.
