Pedro Paulo Araújo, born in Fortaleza, Brazil, is a global storyteller. Raised in seven different countries, he discovered the power of cinema to promote change at an early age. Graduating in Film from the New York Film Academy, Pedro has worked with artists like J.Balvin, Prince Royce, and Becky G, producing and directing award-winning music videos with billions of views on YouTube alone. His short films, "Blur" and "The Hidden," have received recognition at international festivals and from the Academy of American Poets. In 2019, he co-wrote the feature film "Junoon," a Saudi Arabian horror film that premiered at the Red Sea Film Festival and was released in 50 theaters, now available to stream on Netflix MENA. Currently, Pedro resides between Los Angeles and Fortaleza, working on scripts and collaborating with international filmmakers.
In 2023, Pedro was awarded a fellowship for the Script Revision Lab in English of Cine Qua Non Lab in Mexico.
