Vânia Lima has over 30 years of experience in audiovisual production and direction. She began her career at Grupo Bandeirantes and has worked at broadcasters such as SBT and TV Educativa, where she led and directed programs across various genres, including journalism, music, and fiction. Throughout her career, she has directed over 30 projects and produced more than 50 titles. In 2026, the releases of her feature films "Cartas Para..." and "Pontos de Força" are scheduled, along with the series "Iceberg" and "Forrobodó da Paixão," reflecting her commitment to contemporary storytelling. As a founding partner of Grupo Têm Dendê, which has been active for 26 years, she specializes in audiovisual production and intellectual property management. Vânia also actively participates in councils and associations within the industry, including the Superior Cinema Council, CONNE, and BRAVI. Her experience as a creative producer spans project development to production execution.
In 2021, Vânia was awarded a fellowship to attend BAL-LAB, the Biarritz Festival's co-production market, as the producer of "The Boat and the River".
