Juliana Milheiro is an Original Content Specialist on Globoplay’s Dramaturgy Team, responsible for the artistic supervision of the development, production, and post-production of original fiction/drama series. Before joining this team, Juliana was a Content Specialist at Gloob and Gloobinho, overseeing the production of children’s series and feature films, mostly preschool projects and international co-productions, such as "Miraculous - Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir". She has also worked as a screenwriter for educational children’s TV series and documentary TV series aired on Brazilian broadcast and cable networks, as well as for series and feature-film projects commissioned for development by the Brazilian National Film Agency. One of these projects won the Best Screenplay Award at FRAPA 2019, the largest screenplay festival in Latin America. Juliana holds an MA in Screenwriting from Screen Academy Scotland, graduating with distinction.
Juliana received the Paradiso Award for Best Feature at the 2019 Frapa Awards for "Macuxi," written in partnership with Rodrigo Séllos.
